Hi I'm Lyn The Banner Lady

Hi I'm Richard the Banner Bloke

When we began the The Banner Lady we wanted to give our clients the best quality product and service they had ever seen from a Banner company. We determined that the only way to do this was to meet with you, as many of them as possible, to ask you what you wanted and then return to show you what is possible. We wanted a company driven by professional service and quality, now we have become known for our service
and we are getting better all the time.

We found that clients had never seen or experienced the quality of our carefully selected fabrics, the print quality nor the robust nature of our print process on our specially selected fabrics.

Next we looked at how to create display stands which were lightweight, had robust solid construction, without moving parts or springs as these are not necessary, and looked good as well.

However the brand a client wants to display is more important than a stand, so our stands are minimally visible, just enough for you to know they are there, so we gave them a lifetime guarantee.

Presentation and branding must make your clients feel what the product or service will do for them, to experience the feeling the brands create. Branding is all about the how the brand is presented to create a memorable experience for your client, to be first in the mind of your customer.

I am the Operations Manager responsible for the production of the your beautiful banners,

I sometimes go out to see our clients and also deliver to clients.This is all about learning about how to give our clients what product they want to be "First in The Mind of Their Customers".

We pride ourselves on our service delivery and being on top of your banner production.

We make sure you brand is presented the way you expect with Hi-Definition clarity and exact colour.

My background is in the food service and Printing industries so I bring an understanding of personal service and a knowledge of what clients want from The Banner Lady. I have trained all our people on how to deliver this promise.

I am currently on Maternity Leave and an extremely confident that the level of service we provide and the passion to create a beautiful banner for you will be maitained until I return.

Hi I'm Michael from Production.

I am the newest member of the Banner Lady. I Manage the Production of these fantastic satin banners. I have stepped in to some very big shoes taking over Kate's production role so that she can go and start her Family and I look forward to the challenge.

I chose to join the Banner Lady team because I was impressed with the quality of the products that they supply and the passion in which they sell their products. I work closely with our clients, sales team, in-house graphic designers and our printers to deliver a quality product and result to you.
