  The banner Lady Artwork Requirements will guide you to a beautiful banner
  • Please proof read your file before sending, please indicate if changes need to be made, check all spelling and contact details.
  • Please supply the graphics file on CD as print ready files and a Colour Hi-Res hard copy print of the image.
  • Your file is printed as supplied to us unless otherwise instructed.
  • If Pantone (PMS) colours need to be matched please indicate this clearly.
  • A fabric colour chart can be viewed to show the full range of PMS colours that can be printed.
  • Six Colour digital printing does not exactly reproduce PMS colours and a variation of 5% is normal.
  • Sample colour-matched fabric swatches can be provided in full colour, a small additional fee applies for this service.
  • We provide a proof file for you to check and sign-off prior to printing.
 
 

ILLUSTRATOR

Please save files EPS or AI at 25% of finished size. All fonts converted to outlines or actual fonts to be included with art. All linked files to be included. PMS colours to be supplied, as we cannot take responsibility for CMYK or non PMS colours hence colours will be printed as supplied, WYSIWYG.
 

 

PHOTOSHOP FILES

Please save files PSD or EPS at 25% of finished size no less than 300 DPI.
Supply all fonts and graphics if changes are to be made. Save with layers active
(Not flattened).

InDesign
Please supply INDD files at 25% of actual size, imported TIFF or EPS no less than 300 DPI, all fonts and all imported graphics used in the file must be included. PMS colours are to be supplied as we cannot take responsibility for CMYK or non PMS colours. These colours will be printed as supplied, WYSIWYG.
 
 
Checklist of items to sent to The Banner Lady
 

Have you included on your CD:

  • Graphics file as EPS or AI format as above
  • PMS colours included
  • Fonts outlined
  • Files embedded in file
  • Hi-Res photographic files, at least 300dpi
  •  Hi-Res Pdf files and colour sample prints
A detailed purchase order with quantity and sizes of prints, type and delivery date are required.
