The Banner Lady team has expanded once again! We would like to give Jess a warm welcome, who has joined the Production team part time until the X-Mas holidays and will then commence full time as the Production Coordinator.

The Banner Lady is very excited to announce the opening of its Queensland sales office! The Banner Lady has long been a national company, servicing its corporate and government customer base from its Head Office in Melbourne and sales office in Sydney. However, as The Banner Lady continues to grow and expand along the Eastern seaboard, we considered it vital to establish a permanent presence in Australias fastest growing commercial city, Brisbane.

Our Queensland office is located in the beautiful riverside suburb of Karana Downs and headed up by Peter Gleeson, our Brisbane based Banner Lady Sales Manager. The Banner Lady is proud to announce that based on its recent success at the Monash Business Awards, winning Monash Business Awards, Business of The Year “ Innovation, it has been nominated for an award at the Melbourne South East Business Awards.

Melbournes South East (MSE) is a regional economic development alliance of 10 local government authorities (Councils), utility companies, and state and federal government departments. MSEs mission is to build a collaborative and co-operative approach to economic development in Melbournes South East which delivers prosperity for the next generation within the framework of the Regional Economic Strategy for Melbournes South East (2009-2030).

A key initiative of the MSE is the recognition of those businesses that have made a valuable contribution to the MSE economy by acknowledging their success and achievements at the Melbournes South East Business Awards, Gala Dinner Awards Evening. This evening will bring together winners from participating Council business award programs and nominated businesses, to be judged for the regional business awards, celebrating the best of the best

The Banner Lady is very pleased to announce that it recycles its Satin, Waratah and flag material with the Reverse Art Truck.
The Reverse Art Truck is a Melbourne based, unique, not-for-profit organization which provides the community with a large variety of affordable art and craft materials to reduce the amount of material going to landfill.
Established over 30 years ago, Reverse Art Truck recycles off cuts, over-runs and discontinued client banners on behalf of The Banner Lady. These are then re-distributed into the community through schools, kindergartens and playgroups around Victoria for various Art and Craft programs.

Established in 1966 , the Tzu Chi Foundation is a non-profit, not-governmental, humanitarian organisation that specialises in international disaster relief, community volunteerism and environmental protection. It has operations in more than 50 countries.

The Banner Lady banners visit the Great Wall of China

The Melbourne Football Club (MFC), in their recent exhibition tour of China, proudly displayed their brilliant new emblem on Banner Lady banners.

The Banner Lady were the supplier of choice for the club in re-launching their stunning new emblem during season 2010.

More recently, the MFC was involved in a tour of China to promote the AFL and as part of their adventure visited the Great Wall of China. The club took along their 1.2m (wide) x 1.9m (tall) hanging banner for media publicity and can be seen below proudly displaying their emblem on The Great Wall of China.
