Always professional, prompt and friendly.  It’s great to see and I wish this type of service was more widely available here in Oz. 

I am not sure of your business size but have you guys considered applying for the Telstra Small business of the year awards. 
I am thinking they are still running and tend to have different categories – food for thought.
